The Kankakee County Animal Foundation's
mission is to stop the suffering through access to low cost spay/neuter programs and limited rescue and adoptions
Some of our current and/or past adoptables
Our rescue group operates on great volunteers who spend hours tending to the needs of abuse, neglected and/or abandoned pets. As you can imagine our veterinary costs are high as well as costs associated with providing food and shelter. Can you help defray these costs by donating? Every dollar counts!
Kankakee County Animal Foundation has partnered with Dr. Diane Fedrow at County West Animal Hospital to provide low cost spay/neuter services.
Call us at 815 937-9374 to learn more about the Voucher Payment Program
We also have been awarded a grant to be used to assist low income families. In some instances you may qualify for free spay/neuter, rabies and distemper vaccinations for your dog, house cat or feral cat (s). Call to see if you qualify
